Aluminum Siding

Siding Projects in Bay Area

This residential project used a commercial-grade approach. Window frames were extended by 2 inches to allow for continuous Rockwool insulation across all exterior walls. Rockwool was selected for its fire resistance, water resistance, and soundproofing.
Furring strips were installed over the insulation, followed by powder-coated aluminum Longboard siding for durability and modern aesthetics. Vented Longboard soffits ensured proper ventilation and a cohesive finish.

The result: a sleek, durable exterior highly resistant to fire, moisture, and aging.

James Hardie Siding

After obtaining HOA and city approvals, we removed the existing siding and inspected the framing. New 3/8" OSB sheathing was installed across the entire exterior for a solid, durable base.

We then painted the soffits, fascia, gutters, vents, foundation, and garage doors for a clean, refreshed look. The client chose Pearl Grey siding with Arctic White trim - a timeless combination. James Hardie lap siding was used for its durability and classic appearance.

The result is a modern, low-maintenance exterior built to withstand the elements for years.

This project focused on achieving a natural, timeless aesthetic using high-quality wood siding. Materials such as cedar and redwood were selected for their durability, insulation properties, and classic appearance.
Proper sealing and treatment were applied to protect against moisture, insects, and decay, ensuring long-term performance. The siding was carefully installed to allow natural breathability while maintaining structural integrity.
While wood siding requires regular maintenance, it offers unmatched warmth, character, and curb appeal.

This project utilized a modern, high-performance metal siding system designed for durability and minimal maintenance. Aluminum panels were selected for their resistance to corrosion, pests, and extreme weather conditions.
A ventilated rainscreen system was installed to improve airflow and prevent moisture buildup, enhancing the longevity of the structure. Precision-installed metal panels with clean lines created a sleek, contemporary look while ensuring structural reliability.
The system requires minimal upkeep and offers excellent protection against the elements, making it ideal for long-term performance.

The result: a modern, low-maintenance exterior built to withstand harsh weather while maintaining a clean, contemporary appearance.
