Our client, located in San Jose, sought to revitalize their home with a series of updates and replacements

The project involved several key components to enhance the appearance and functionality of the property:

Window Replacement: The client desired a uniform look for all windows, starting with new windows in the living room on the first floor. We sourced the exact series to match and replaced all old windows accordingly, ensuring consistency throughout the house.

Siding Replacement: In addition to window replacements, we undertook a complete siding replacement for the entire house. The client selected a light-colored siding paired with white trim, resulting in a beautiful and timeless combination

Exterior Painting: To further enhance the exterior, we painted the eaves, fascia board, gutters, and downspouts, giving the property a cohesive and refreshed appearance

Front Door Update: As a final touch, we updated the color of the front door, adding a subtle yet impactful change to the overall aesthetic.

This project in San Jose involved a comprehensive overhaul of a house, including the installation of new windows and siding

A significant challenge of this project was ensuring that the client's vision was fully realized. We collaborated extensively to select a color combination, ultimately choosing Timber Bark siding with Arctic White trim, adding character and sophistication. Various siding styles were incorporated, including Board and Batten and lap siding. Additionally, a reveal panel system without battens was chosen for the front, with aluminum connections for a seamless appearance. Final touches included decorative columns and fencing to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Outcome

Despite the challenges encountered, the result was nothing short of remarkable. Refreshing a Residence in Foster City

In Foster City, we undertook a small yet impactful project involving the installation of new windows and siding

Despite its size, this project presented an opportunity to enhance the home's appearance and functionality:

Windows and Siding: For the windows, we opted for Anlin products, chosen for their quality and durability. The large light openings in the house created a bright and airy atmosphere, accentuated by the new windows. To ensure a cohesive look, we installed trims of the exact same style and dimensions throughout the property

Exterior Enhancements: In addition to the window replacements, we painted the eaves, fascia board, and rails on the deck, further enhancing the home's exterior aesthetics. Despite the scope of work, the project was completed swiftly, taking only 3 days to finish

Deck Addition: During the project, the client expressed interest in adding a deck to the front of the house. Seizing the opportunity, we also constructed a deck using Trex material, offering durability and low maintenance for years to come

Outcome

The result of this project was a refreshed and rejuvenated residence in Foster City. The new windows and siding, coupled with the exterior enhancements and deck addition, transformed the home into a welcoming and functional space. Even though this project was relatively small, it serves as a testament to our dedication to providing top-notch craftsmanship and surpassing the expectations of our clients

Sliding Door Armhole Expansion

In this mini project, we enlarged the armholes for a sliding door, upgrading from a 6-foot to an 8-foot door from Anlin

Cut out stucco to accommodate larger door dimension

Replaced existing beam with a larger one to support the added weight

Adjusted position of outside light bulb for proper illumination.

Outcome

The transformation was remarkable, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality with increased natural light. Despite its small scale, this project showcases our precision and efficiency in delivering exceptional results
